ALL FISH belong to the customer. All tuna must be quartered. Free ice is available. Gotcha Charters retains 50% of all fish sales and tournament winnings.

A DEPOSIT ($200 for inshore charters and $600 for canyon charters) is required to confirm a fishing date.

A date will be canceled if the deposit is not received within 10 days of the reservation. Once confirmed, cancellations must be made a minimum of 10 days prior to the charter to receive a refund.

When a deposit is received Gotcha Charters will confirm your date in writing.

The customer will be advised on WEATHER CONDITIONS the day before the charter.

The Captain makes final decisions as to whether conditions favor safe fishing. If Gotcha Charters cancels due to bad weather, we will reshedule another acceptable date.

If a cancelled charter cannot be resheduled, the deposit will be returned.
